After a successful professional career in financial & legal services in the City of London, I reached a turning point where prioritising genuine happiness & quality family time took precedence. After a couple of years of planning & despite the pandemic, I made the leap & have never looked back. Fast forward four years & I am proud to share my award winning credentials & preferred supplier affiliations, having created show-stopping cake designs at some of the most iconic venues across London & the South East.
