A CAKE THAT TASTES AS FABULOUS AS IT LOOKS

Everything I create is freshly baked including all fillings & sauces, using quality, fresh & free-range ingredients. All fruit flavours are made from their natural fresh fruits & the chocolate I use is the finest Belgian couverture. My recipes have been carefully developed to be light, fluffy, delicately balanced & full of flavour.

All of my recipes contain GLUTEN & are made in a kitchen that handles NUTS & all other allergens. My cakes also contain DAIRY, EGGS & SOYA however my cookies are actually Vegan friendly (I also offer a Vegan friendly cupcake option) however in line with the above these are suitable only for Vegan preference & not for cross-contaminate allergies.
